Contexte
This project was part of my mission at W3lead where I integrated omnichannel solutions to synchronize their ERP with their e-commerce platform.
Objectif
My objectives included optimizing operational efficiency, improving the omnichannel shopping experience, and increasing customer satisfaction.
Solution
I developed an eResav API and integrated solutions for store availability and return management (TC return), providing a comprehensive solution for omnichannel management.
Resultat
